sci fi movie idea storyline?

its about 3 people after a serial killer who has the ability to
teleport

Starts at a bank where the teleporter steals tons of money and
afterwards FBI agent Nick Holden arrives and speaks to witnesses. Back
at the station he talks to his team and tells them about this serial
killer who is nicknamed â�?�?Kineticâ�? and has the ability to
teleport and has committed numerous crimes throughout the years. The
scene switches to Ash working at his garage and then receiving news
that of the teleporters latest crime. Ash goes down to an old subway
where he notices the teleporter about to attack a young woman. After
allowing the woman to run Ash lashes out and the two fight but Ash is
defeated and Kinetic escapes as Nick and his team arrive. Nick takes
Ash to the station and tells him to forget about kinetic and move on
but Ash refuses as he vows to take his brothers revenge. The scene
again switches Casey a bartender breaking into an apartment and
shooting at Kinetic but missing and then being attacked but is saved
when Nick arrives and chases after Kinetic but he gets away again.
Nick takes Casey back to the station and locks her up with Ash. After
helplessly looking through files and chasing shadows, Nick decides to
release Ash and Casey but only if they help him in finding Kinetic and
they reluctantly agree. First off, they go to Ash��?s garage where
he shows Nick reports and other things on Kinetic. Nick then questions
Ash who reveals he wants Kinetic dead due to him murdering Ash��?s
brother during a bank robbery, he says he has caught him on numerous
occasions but always he got away. Casey then reveals Kinetic used to
stalk her sister and eventually killed her.30. Ash shows a subway
train that Kinetic is seen to be on quite often and attacks victims.
Nick calls his partner Brian for backup and the two join Ash and Casey
at the subway to capture Kinetic. The four arrive and get on the
train. They sit separately and keep an eye on Kinetic who is aware of
the FBI agents. Kinetic starts talking to woman but Nick interrupts
and takes a seat. He talks with Kinetic who seems serious and
doesn��?t feel scared. Kinetic stands up and punches Nick but
before Brian can stop him he teleports numerous times in the train and
attacks Brian just before teleporting again. Brian chases after him
despite Nick warning him not to. Brian searches the train and just
before Kinetic appears behind him Ash intervenes and attempts to choke
him but he escapes and gets off at the next stop with Brian going
after him and chasing him into the bathroom where he looks around but
is attacked and then has his throat cut by Kinetic killing him. Nick,
Ash and Casey later arrive and find the body, Ash then walks off
telling Nick he wants to find Kinetic alone. Later on Ash hears noises
in his garage but its Casey and she says she wants to help him and
tells him of a place where Kinetic was last seen. The two arrive at an
old abandoned building and Casey waits outside whilst Ash goes in
alone and confronts Kinetic. The two fight and Ash battles well but
Kinetics teleporting ability overpowers him and he is beaten but
Kinetic refuses to kill him saying he enjoys the fun. Casey then urges
Ash they should work as a team. Casey then goes to meet Nick at a bar
and tells him of an underground tunnel where Kinetic hides out. They
talk to Ash but he says he wants to work alone. At night Kinetic
kidnaps Casey and Ash asks Nick for his whereabouts and the two go
down into the tunnels alone. Ash tries to untie Casey whilst Nick
fights off Kinetic. Nick struggles and is thrown away, Ash then
tackles Kinetic and attempts to fight him once again whilst Casey
urges him to â�?�?end this and kill himâ�?. Ash fights well but is
eventually beaten again. Nick then tries to shoot him but he pushes
the gun away telling Nick he just wasted their last chance but Nick
replies â�?�?actually I didnâ�?�?tâ�?¦I just caused a
distractionâ�? Ash then gets up and stabs Kinetic in the back
wounding him. Ash then attempts to finish Kinetic off but Nick says he
has a better idea. Kinetic is then shown tied down in a coffin and
buried in a cemetery. Ash says he��?s against this but Nick assures
him that Kinetic cant escape and will soon die. Nick then tells Ash
and Casey to get on with their lives and the three part ways.
