atleast i think it was on the disney channel back in the late 90's
early 2000s it started with this girl and her boyfriend going to prom
and they got in a accident going to prom on a bridge and she died..
well years later a guy finds a necklace or a braclet that was the dead
girls near the place of her accident and then gives it to his sister
and then he starts seeing her ghost.. can ANYONE HELP ME
